Our client is a well know FM and Engineering business, they operate and deliver high end engineering and business services to clients across the public & private sector. They have a reputation for technical quality and innovation. Over recent years then have grown steadily and are recognised as a stable and well-run FM service provider.

Your new role

The purpose of the role is 2-fold, firstly you will run and deliver a wide-ranging FM operation, and secondly you will provide bid support and mobilisation across newly won works.

• Managing a large-scale P&L
• Identifying commercial opportunities
• Ensuring contractual compliance across multiple customers
• Providing technical expertise and supporting bids
• Ensuring new tranches of work are correctly mobilised
• Leadership of a large service team
• Managing a developing senior level relationship

What you'll need to succeed

We are recruiting for a senior level operator, a background in highly complex environments would be desirable (defence, critical, government or FMCG). You must be commercial astute and have the ability to balance multiple complex stakeholder relationships.
