Interim Head of FM
The Management Recruitment Group are delighted to have been engaged by a prestigious, wider public sector organisation to facilitate the appointment of an interim Head of Facilities Management for their headquarters based East Sussex - with travel required across their large estate in neighboring counties.
Due to ongoing changes and developments within the organisation, an interim Head of Facilities Management is required to lead and assist in the delivery of key projects across the estate. Working collaboratively with the other key public sector establishments, the successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – coupled with the ability to build relationships with senior, like minded professionals.
The successful candidate will have an extensive and demonstrable facilities management experience at a “head of”, “director” or equivalent level, be experienced in managing large multi-site estates as well as exposure to the management and delivery of soft FM contracts. Experience of working within a comparable, public sector organisation is advantageous. You will hold a relevant property, construction or facilities management degree and professional membership, a strong understanding of fire and Health and Safety legislation, and strong project management skills with a solution focused approach.
As this role is of an interim capacity, it is essential that you are available to start immediately.
