Technical Services Manager £55k+ Neg Basic Plus Bonus + Car + Exec Benefits


Our client, a Major FM services provider now seeks to appoint an experienced “best in class” Account Manager for a prestigious end user client.

With Full P&L ownership and control for Circa £2 Million and 10+ staff on the contract.

Successful operation of the maintenance, reactive and event based activities ensuring the total compliance across the contract.

Ensure customer satisfaction is a priority and that the clients’ focus and strategy objectives are met and exceeded.

Providing leadership, management, and development of the team, ensuring customer service and operational commitments are delivered on time and in agreement with financial plan.

Full P&L Ownership and Control

  • Competent Man Manager with strong customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of Management techniques, products and the compliance framework
  • Must have "Hard Services" technical skills and experience in a similar role and environment ideally gained from a Uni / Education or campus background!!
