Your new role
The Facilities Relationship Manager is a pivotal position with responsibility for driving the overall success of the account forward. You will be responsible for developing improvements to service delivery that contribute to the overall work space experience for the end-user. Direct responsibility for the Facilities Helpdesk and contract administration teams, you will have accountability for KPI and SLA performances. You will be expected to directly interface with a variety of key stakeholder groups across the estate and act as an advocate for the wider workspace community by implementing robust processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have a "forward thinking" and "positive" attitude towards service delivery combined with excellent communication skills. Prior experience of working for a major facilities service provider is a must. The ability to drive contract improvement is important as you will form an integral part of the management team.
