An expert and innovative leader within the data centre sector, my client is responsible for one of Europe's high-profile "hyperscale" data centre projects. An exciting opportunity, my client is expanding their maintenance engineering team with the mantra of recruiting the industries best. Joining the organisation at an opportune time as its expands quickly, my client requires a driven and talented Head of Facilities to join the management team.

Your new role
As the Head of Facilities you work alongside the main construction team of contractors and designers on an exciting European hyperscale data centre project. The Individual will be acting in a review and supervisory capacity to the design and delivery of the project. Moving towards project completion, the individual will work alongside the Project teams to assist in handing the site over to the Operations and then the continued operational management. In addition to the compliance and quality functions, the individual will work alongside the Development Management and Commercial teams to ensure the long-term value of the asset is maintained.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior data centre or critical engineering environment experience. A positive and collaborative attitude is a must as my clients prides itself on creating and maintaining its high-performing culture. Experience of working in a client-side capacity is favourable although my client would accept profiles from tier one contractors.

What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary depending on experience ranging from €90,000 - €105,000 plus company benefits.
