This Facilities Manager role is based in Shrewsbury and is overseeing the delivery of a TFM contract to a retail client.
You will have a team of Assistant Managers who will report into you and who manage the service delivery of cleaning, security and M&E services across the site. You will need to manage the team to ensure that a high level of operational performance is delivered at all times.
This will include ensuring that contractual KPIs and SLAs are met and that all statutory compliance and health and safety regulations are adhered to. You will of course also need to ensure that the team and mentored and trained accordingly so that high levels of service are delivered.
There will also be a lot of client interaction and you will regularly meet with your client to discuss the ongoing delivery of services to their estate.
To be considered for this Facilities Manager position, applicants should be able to demonstrate a fantastic work ethic and desire to manage a team responsible for delivering a TFM contract. Whilst it would be advantageous to have prior experience of a similar role, our client is willing to consider applications from candidates who are looking to make a step up in their FM career.
The role is based at a single site in Shrewsbury so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Shrewsbury.
An initial starting salary of up to £34,000 is on offer.
