The M&E manager is very interested in those engineers that have a productive mentality towards work and that strive to complete tasks with their full technical capability.

Your new role

In this role you will focus on commercial mechanical engineering and your day to day activities will cover some design tasks along with producing specifications. A key area of focus will be project management and contract management of the commercial mechanical services. You will handle projects from inception to completion ensuring all deadlines are met along with monitoring the contractors by completing weekly KPI reports and pre/post inspections. You will be responsible for the signing off contractors works, therefore all work completed must meet building regulations and standards.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a proven track record of mechanical engineering and project/contract management covering similar work which can be from either the client side or a customer facing role. A qualification of a HNC, HND, BEng or HND in the relative field is also required.
