Our client is a leading leisure operator within a quality estate within the Midlands / North.

As part of its continued quest for excellence they require a Head of Property (Facilities and Maintenance.)  The Head of Property is responsible for maintaining the high standards and leading the internal team to really enhance the customer experience.

The role

The Head of Facilities and Maintenance will be responsible for the compliance, maintenance and facilities of the estate, ensuring the highest standards of excellence are maintained.  You will have a team of maintenance, FM and H&S Managers.

With overall responsibility for Capex budgets and repair budgets you will empower the property team to offer exceptional service to the internal stakeholders and provide a cohesive property strategy.

You will be responsible for the needs of the estate and direct and control the supply chain of external resources for planned and preventative facilities management and day to day maintenance.

The Person

To be considered candidates need to be an experienced Maintenance/ Facilities professional with a track record of service delivery from a multi-site retail, hotel or leisure environment.  You will have leadership experience having managed teams and dealt with large budgets. 

Commercially aware, you will be confident dealing with a wide range of people, possess excellent communication skills, a cool head and have the ability to lead the business through cultural change.
