Facilities Manager role in London paying £50,000

Your new company
Your new company is a government agency, with their central office located in London. Working closely with public sector organisations, it is a well established executive agency, and an incredibly dynamic environment in which to be involved.

Your new role
Your new role will be to lead a small facilities team of 3, responsible for accommodation and property strategy and day-today management, managing office services to staff, physical security, mechanical and electrical development maintenance and health and safety management. You will report into the Chief Operating Officer, and have a working week of 36 hours.

What you'll need to succeed
The ability to manage a variety of stakeholders is a necessity, as well as strong leadership skills. Being a member of the IWFM is desirable.

What you'll get in return
