We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to work with a leading Facilities Management Organisation in Sheffield managing the Facilities Management client service delivery over a number of locations.

The duties of the role are:

• Accountability for the financial performance of the facilities contract
• Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisation
• Ensure mobile & site-based personnel adhere to SLA’s
• Monitor and develop direct reports through training and regular reviews
• Ensure that all SHEQ risks are effectively managed through RISK assessments, PPE, training and company procedures
• Review monthly audit checks
• Work with the mobile & on-site teams planning, implementing and monitoring the standards of all works relating to the PPM schedule and reactive works
• Work with the operational and support teams ensuring completion times for planned, corrective and reactive works are correctly logged and recorded
• To review the interface with third party suppliers and sub-contractors
• Drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
• Drive profit improvement through both sales’ generation and cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams

Qualifications/Requirements

• Technical background essential
• Previous contract management experience on a facilities contract
• Experience of using a CAFM system
• Good knowledge of building services and legislation
• Mechanical or Electrical qualified
