Reporting to the Regional Director, the Residences Manager will be fully accountable for our new state of the art new building at Elena Rosa House in Stratford https://halls.london.ac.uk/eleanor-rosa. You will be responsible for delivering the contracted services across all aspects of operational FM to ensure continuous improvement which will enhance the student experience.

The successful candidate will possess significant experience of operational management in a comparable environment (e.g. residential, hospitality, hotels or education) and on an equivalent scale.  You will have extensive experience of leading and managing teams, with a proven track record of implementing change management and delivering performance improvement.  A high level of commercial acumen is vital, with budget management, including setting and achieving financial targets, being a key aspect of the role.  Demonstrable success in creating a culture of exceptional service delivery is essential.
