Facilities Manager (Client Side)
Here at Boden we are currently recruiting for a fantastic role based near Warwick, looking for a client-side Facilities Manager for a mix of commercial office space. Looking to pay between £40,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience.

Your new role
Working between 5 sites all based walking distance from each other in the heart of Warwickshire, working as part of a small facilities function to support around 150 staff across the portfolio. This role includes managing a facilities assistant but working as the first line of support within the business regarding any facilities issues. This role will require technical knowledge with a good understanding of solving a range of issues.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator who can also manage a mix of characters within a business, the role is crying out for someone with a strong backbone who is a very strong team player. The role offers flexibility but may from time to time require some weekend work.
Someone who as worked client side previously who has a good understanding of working in a smaller business would be extremely relevant.
What you'll get in return
£40,000 - £43,000 with flexible working hours 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a very strong pension contribution.
