Reporting into the Group MD you will be responsible for a FTSE 100 client. They already have a strong relationship with their client and the contract provides self delivery of soft services mainly: front of house, security, concierge and cleaning as well as managing a partner delivering hard services. The property portfolio consists of offices and call centres across the UK. The relationship with the client is good and the contract is making money so the main focus is on customer service and continuous improvement. The main locations are across the South East and South West so travel across the regions is required.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of managing corporate FM contracts delivering soft and hard FM services. There is a bias towards soft FM on the contract and so a bias towards this or TFM background is fine. The end client are a FTSE 100 business expecting a great customer service across their high end property portfolio and therefore a candidate with exposure to similar experiences is preferred. Experience of managing FM teams operationally and the ability to build a strong relationship with the client is essential. This is a growing part of the business and so someone with the ambition to develop their career and is self-motivated is required.
