Business Development Manager
Our client is a successful medium sized Commercial Cleaning Company that offers its clients a range of services. It does this for companies that are mainly London-centric . In order to hit its ambitious yet realistic growth targets, it is looking to hire a proven Business Development Manager who knows the Cleaning industry.
As the Business Development Manager, you will report into company Director level and will be responsible for exploring new opportunities, establishing new leads and converting existing leads into real opportunities.
The successful Business Development Manager will have a proven track record in a similar role and have an excellent understanding of the Cleaning Sector within Facilities Management. You must be a self-starter and motivated to be the company’s sole Business Development Manager, generating new business and contracts.
The Business Development Manager will be familiar with door-knocking, getting on tender lists, preparing PQQs, networking, identifying opportunities within existing contracts, preparing proposals and presenting to prospective clients.
