They provide both hard (M&E/HVAC) and soft services to a wide array of clientele, from local contracts to blue chip companies and financial institutions. They have a reputation for consistently up-skilling their employees - providing training and qualifications with the aim of promoting from within.

The Role

I am seeking a Technical Operations Manager to deliver a mobile engineering maintenance contract across East London for a world class service provider. It's a great opportunity for either an experienced or an up and coming Technical Manager to join a fantastic, people focused company that value and up-skill their staff. You will manage a team of approximately 20 mobile multi-skilled engineers in delivering the PPM and reactive maintenance to retail sites for multiple blue-chip clients.

Duties will include:

  • Driving service delivery across the area.
  • Managing the engineers; hiring, disciplinary, allocating training and firing.
  • Providing technical support to the field technicians and assist in improving business efficiency without compromising compliance.
  • Reporting to and collaborating with the Account Manager, with the aim of improving performance.

    The right candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar environment.
  • Technical qualifications or background.
  • Managerial experience; ideally with mobile engineers.
  • Experience managing multiple sites.
  • Client facing attitude.
