Our client is a market leading IFM company with a global presence. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will have the ability to deal with high end private/public sector clients. 

Your new role

Overall responsibilities to the strategic direction and financial operation of the business. Deliver and set plans to short, medium and long term.

You will be solely responsible for the following:

• You will be targeted on growth of the accounts and will need an ambitious flare.
• Influencing your team providing strong authority and presence. 
• Making sure all operational aspects are running smoothly. 
• Handling internal/external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

Our exclusive client is looking for a strong leader with a co-operate and dynamic approach. You must be able to deliver high end services at a senior level. You will need a keen eye to notice a work winning opportunity then work closely with the bid winning to achieve the best for the business.
