Your new role
As Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the flagship office of a global organisation. A high-profile role, you will oversee all the facilities services within the building ensuring a 5* service is delivered to all occupants. Due to the nature of my client's business, it hosts external clients and events on a regular basis meaning the building is always on show.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must possess a natural passion for facilities management with excellent communication and attention to detail. Applicants must have prior corporate facilities experience, ideally within a head office environment. Other experience required include, health & safety, compliance, commercial acumen, managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
