We have an opportunity for two Facilities Co-ordinators to join our team responsible for sites in York and North Yorkshire. The role focus will be on excellent customer service, co-ordination of multiple activities to meet customer needs and front-line management of in-house and outsourced services that cover all aspects of Facilities management service delivery.

A key focus will be the management of compliance for all sites within a portfolio, in support of a Facilities Management team who have accountability for the account and contract management functions. The Facilities Co-ordinator is tasked to ensure the services delivered meet the needs of staff, patients, and visitors using the many buildings managed by NHS Property Services.
