Hard Services - Facilities Manager - Stafford - £45000


Your new company
You will be working for a FM provider on a large hard services contract in the Stafford area.


Your new role
You will be working on large oil and gas facilities, and be taking responsibility for quality service delivery of maintenance services whilst providing support and technical leadership to a local account based team. You will ensure all SLA's are met and exceeded and identify savings without impacting output. You will be responsible for ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are met and delivering a safe working environment by prioritising Health & Safety processes.


What you'll need to succeed
You should have a strong technical background and experience in delivering hard services FM. You will have managed a planned and reactive maintenance team previously. You should also be confident in Health & Safety and be a great communicator.



What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary in the region of £45K per annum + package.
