Operations Manager (Hard Services)

Our client is an established FM Service Provider, it has a strong presence in delivering hard FM services to government and public sector clients. It is currently looking to hire a proven Hard FM Operations Manager for a large commercial site in Teddington.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of circa 18 people, made up of Supervisors, Maintenance Engineers, Admin and Groundsmen. The team you will manage work together to deliver the hard services to a large site made up of laboratories and office space. It is important that the Operations Manager has excellent rapport building skills, in particular when managing an established workforce. You must be able to lead, motivate and get the team to work together effectively.

In addition, the Operations Manager must be able to improve processes and write new processes in order to improve efficiency and productivity in the workplace. The Operations Manager will also have strong client relationship building skills.
