Your new role

As a proven PFI Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing efficient day to day support to the project General Manager though delivery of compliance, finance, and contractual KPIs. You will be overseeing the operational delivery of Hard and Soft services in line with the PFI project agreements, utilising both in house and sub-contracted services.

If stipulated by the Regional Manager, you will be required to deputise for the General Manager in cases of short-term unplanned or planned absence.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in your new role, you will need a commercial mind to push and develop the existing contract. You will also need a proven track record working within a PFI or PPP management role as well as within a Healthcare environment as this role is based in an acute hospital environment.

A proven level of experience within Facilities/Estates management encompassing compliance and service delivery is required. Formal management level qualifications are also desirable but not essential provided experience is evidenced.
