Facilities Manager Circa £35K-£40K Temporary to Permanent
Your new company
This is a relatively new public sector partnership with an expansive estate across Leeds.
Your new role
You will be managing hard or soft services for a cluster of buildings. This will include managing PFI, leased and owned property, and multiple CAFM systems. You will maintain relationships, communicate with various departments and have sound understanding of what it takes to maintain a portfolio to a high standard. You will manage Lifecycle works, sustainability projects and building compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have PFI experience, leaning towards soft or hard services. You will have the ability to manage CAFM systems, in house teams, relationship management and budget control. You will be able to prioritise tasks accordingly and meet SLA's.
