Building Maintenance Surveyor

Social Housing Surveyor for planned maintenance- Midlands based

Housing Association are looking for a temporary surveyor to cover the Northamptonshire area.

Working across the regional Housing Stock you will be instrumental in the programme design and start of the delivery of a cyclical planned maintenance programme of works to include fencing, gutters, paving , decorating etc.

With a experience background of working within a Inhouse maintenance team, ideally in a public sector or similar organisation you will need to be accurate in the capture of information and be able to right up reports.
Along with having excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with work colleagues and tenants.

You will have a strong housing maintenance technical background and have undertaken Stock Condition Surveys / maintenance works previously within a social housing environment.


This is a 3 Month temporary contract with a view to immediate start.
