Our client has instructed us to assist with the recruitment of a Regional Facilities Manager who will work on a transport contract based out of the East Midlands.

Client Details

Our client is an FM service provider who are providing services to a client with multiple sites in the East Midlands including Derby, Leicester and Nottingham.


The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cleaning services to a client with multiple sites across the East Midlands region.

You will ensure that a high and professional standard of cleaning is delivered in accordance with both contractual compliance as well as in line with statutory obligations.

This will include monitoring the SLA and KPI's of the contract to ensure that these are being met. You will also need to carry out audits across the client's portfolio as well as carrying out training programmes at each site to ensure that all new and existing staff understand the correct procedures.

You will have a cleaning manager who will report into you and they will be directly responsible for the cleaning staff.

You will have regular meetings with the client to discuss and action any necessary action points and you will continually be looking for any ideas to improve and innovate the service that is being delivered.


To be considered for this positions applicants will need to demonstrate a successful background within cleaning and in particular managing a cleaning based contract.

The main client site will be in Derby however there are multiple sites across the East Midlands region so applicants will ideally live in or around the East Midlands region and be prepared to travel across this region.

Job Offer

A salary of up to £30,000 + car or car allowance is on offer for the successful candidate.
