We are currently recruiting for a very exciting one-off opportunity. Our client is a prestigious development and investment company that has an impressive property portfolio in London. Among its assets, our client owns one of London’s most iconic commercial and shopping areas.  It is here where it is looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager.

As the Senior Operations Manager you will have operational responsibility for the delivery of the estate’s facilities management. This will include M&E, Cleaning, Security and Project Management. In addition, Senior Operations Manager will also oversee the standard of service and delivery particularly with the Look and Feel and Customer Experience.

This is truly an all-encompassing role where the Senior Operations Manager will oversee the main FM Provider, in addition to the security provider and another 25-30 sub-contractors. The successful candidate will ensure that the estate is match-ready every day of the of week, 12 months of the year. The estate is made up of retail units, restaurants and high-end residential which is continually growing.

The successful Senior Operations Manager must have a strong engineering background and proven track record of running the M&E at a large high-profile estate. You must be up to date on all legislations and be an innovate thinker when it comes to M&E delivery at a heritage estate where the majority of buildings are listed.

In regard to the Look & Feel and Customer Experience element of the role, our client is a looking for someone who understands what it means to deliver a 5-star hotel service within the retail, food and beverage and high-end residential sectors.  The successful person must have a proven track record and potentially be able to improve on what it is already a successfully run estate.
