Facilities Manager 12 month FTC
Our client, a central government department, is recruiting a facilities manager on 12-month FTC to oversee the performance of the TFM contractor at their Whitehall premises.
The role involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders and the contractor’s account management team.
Candidates must have experience of managing FM contracts using SLAs and KPIs. You must also have experience of managing budgets, H&S, FM projects and business continuity.
Candidates are required to have base line security clearance or recent ‘Disclosure Scotland’ with 3 years continuous employment history.
Our client requires an immediate start.
A salary of £41k with good pension is offered.
