Technical Services Manager

c.£60,000 per annum + competitive package

Reporting to the Commercial Director in this newly created role, you will provide advice on critical building services areas and develop solutions to ensure that our properties adhere to the highest possible standards. You will be the ‘go to’ person for all aspects of M&E engineering advice and support across our South England region.

The successful candidate will hold a formal qualification in an engineering related discipline. You will possess an in-depth knowledge of managing infrastructure operations across a comparably large, diverse, multi-site operation. Demonstrable commercial awareness will be vital. This is a post that will suit individuals with developed communication skills, who are natural collaborators with the ability to engage stakeholders at a senior level.
