12 month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time (37.5hrs per week) / Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our Estates Team, offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract initially.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to further develop their career and experience in facilities management.  Supporting the Head of Estates and Estates Manager in the management and delivery of facilities management projects, you will work closely with the Project Manager (Capital) and the wider Estates Team, to ensure that a pleasant and safe environment is established and maintained for all that use our 24 acre site and 20 retail units.

Our Tadworth estate comprises of 15 main buildings, totalling an estimated 12,000 sqm NIA; the site includes a Grade I listed Mansion House, with other buildings ranging in age and condition.  In addition, The Children’s Trust leases 20 shops across the South-East of the country, which are maintained by the Estates department.

As an accomplished Project Manager, with demonstrable knowledge and experience in delivering varied and complex FM projects, you will possess excellent people management and communication skills, in order to engage with stakeholders across the business and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the projected outcomes.
