Full Time (37.5hrs per week) 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Manager to join our Facilities Team. 

Supporting the Head of Estates in the operational development of the department, you will ensure that a pleasant and safe environment is established and maintained for all that use our 24 acre site and our 20 retail units, whilst driving consistency, efficiency and levels of Best Practise.

Our Tadworth estate comprises of 15 main buildings, totalling an estimated 12,000 sqm NIA; the site includes a Grade I listed Mansion House, with other buildings ranging in age and condition.  In addition, The Children’s Trust leases 20 shops across the South-East of the country, which are maintained by the Estates department.

As an accomplished Estates Manager, with demonstrable knowledge and experience in the development of facilities management teams, and the design and implementation of systems and processes, you will possess excellent people management and communication skills, in order to motivate and further enhance the Estates Team.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will further embed regulatory requirements and technical compliance standards throughout the Estates Team, whilst demonstrating an operational and strategic mind set, underpinned by a strong knowledge-base, exceptional organisation skills and a high-level of attention to detail.
