National Retail Portfolio Manager - Projects & Maintenance
This is a unique Project / Property Management role working for a leading retailer in a diverse role, where you will be responsible for leading a range of property projects across a retail estate.
Our client are a leading retailer who are bucking the economic trends in retail by continuing to grow their retail portfolio across the UK, and who have a great reputation for developing the careers of their employees.
The National Retail Portfolio Manager will be a key member of the UK Property function, initially responsible for implementing and delivering Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance and Capital Projects across the stores portfolio.
This strategic role will take ownership for the full lifecycle of the projects, involved from innovation and concept phase, stakeholder management and engagement, supplier management and project delivery.
Based from the Midlands with travel across the portfolio as the projects require.
Candidates can come from a wide range of backgrounds as this organisation will support the right individuals with role specific training and support.
Experience of people and / or project management in retail property environment would be ideal, and candidates must hold a 2:1 degree of equivalent.
