Our client is an established medium sized FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients nationwide and it is currently enjoying a good growth period. It is currently looking to hire a proven Commercial Manager for its Head Office in North Yorkshire.
This latest role will involve working with the senior management team and site staff to provide support to contract monitoring, payment mechanism review and reporting, finance reporting and budgeting processes – this will include bench-marking and market testing procedures.
Our client’s business is predominantly within the PFI and local authority sectors so a proven track record of operating within these sectors is essential. The successful Commercial Manger must also have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable with client liaison – meetings; contractual and bench-marking overview/analysis/presentation etc.
In addition, applicants must also be commercially astute and have a fantastic understanding of the Facilities Management market.
