The Office Assistant offers business support to the Company by taking ownership of tasks whilst managing a wider range of duties to enhance the office environment. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with both colleagues and clients.
This role will be based at our front desk and co-manage the running of the office whilst also providing PA support to one of our teams by arranging international travel, invoices and managing project deadlines. You will be joinig a close and happy team who offer full training and development.
Manage own time by maintaining order and organisation with all tasks
Provide timely and appropriate solutions to maintain positive Company culture
Build successful internal relationships with all staff to support business operations
