- Working closely with the Expansive Development Team to recommend improvements to system
- Create a user group highlighting any current systems issues and seek input from users regarding ongoing development of the system, playing a pro-active role in the development of the system as required.
- Support the product team with the product design
- Represent the business to clients and suppliers
- Manage client accounts and relationships to maintain a high level of retention
- Capture and prioritise client requirements
- Provide product and FM expertise to assist the sales process
- Liaise with the development team to troubleshoot issues
- Demonstrate product value to clients and prospects
- Support the client onboarding process
- Work with clients to ensure success in their projects
- Stay abreast of FM industry knowledge and CAFM solutions
Competency Skills
- CAFM implementation and operation
- Practical FM experience
- FM best practice
- Understanding of legislative requirements
- Technology focussed – technology to solve problems
- Adaptable and multi-tasker and solution-orientated
- UK travel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an industry recognised CAFM System
