Job Details
Our client is an industry leading FM service provider with an impressive portfolio of commercial facilities management contracts.
They are seeking a facilities compliance administrator to join one of their Facilities management contracts with a leading and world-renowned central London university. The service provider covers two of their buildings, one in Waterloo and one at London Bridge. The successful compliance administrator will cover the compliance records of these two buildings.
The successful compliance administrator will need to have worked within the facilities management industry in the past and have a good awareness of ‘Hard FM’ technical terms
The duties of the compliance administrator will include, but are not limited to, creating, compiling and maintaining spreadsheets & database systems regarding compliance matters, ensuring up to date records are kept on the standard of service that the client provides, storing and identification of compliance certificates, managing contractors, managing engineers, ensuring jobs are being completed and to the desired standards, covering help-desk duties when required, attending client meetings.
