A large NHS organisation is currently seeing to appoint an experienced professional, who will undertake a wholescale review on all current contracting agreements for current TFM arrangements/agreements within the organisation. 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a thorough ‘deep dive’ project looking at the current contracting arrangements for the organisation;
  • Provide an independent and unbiased report of findings related to the current arrangements, also provide recommendations for improvement to enhance performance;
  • Utilise existing data provide by the organisation to support positive change within current agreements held, also recommend changes to contracts and implementation of new contracting agreements if necessary;
  • Look at all aspects of the total facilities management arrangements, for example current recharge costs, missed opportunities and potential efficiencies around costings that can be implemented.
A successful candidate will have:
  • A demonstrated expertise in monitoring and improving contract performance related to Estates and Facilities within healthcare;
  • Understanding of Corporate Agreements and how they relate to TFM arrangements;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally with the ability to work with external teams (for example Legal Teams);
  • Ability to produce high level reports, evidence based undertaking thorough analysis of documentation provided.
