A driven Facilities Coordinator to join a global provider of insurance services, based in Bournemouth.

Your new company

My client are an established business who provide global insurance services to nearly 5 million people. The company offer their staff the support and a positive culture in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Your new role

Reporting to an approachable Facilities Manager, you will work alongside another Facilities Coordinator based in their Bournemouth office. You will be responsible for communicating at all levels of the business to more than 800 people, with additional offices and staff in London and Stockport.

Job purpose:

To provide on-site, daily management of property services and associated providers of property & facilities services. Providing a centre of expertise, ensuring effective operation of building services in line with current procedures, legislation and business requirement.

- Job holder reports to the Facilities Manager (FM) who may be site based or remote.
- Will work in close conjunction with their line manager ensuring an overall excellent performance standard is achieved.
- The role holder will be expected to contribute to the success of the overall Property & Facilities operation (P&F) across the UK sites.
- No budgetary authority.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate must have at least 12 months experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally with some demonstrable practical experience. That said, a background within FM at a more administrative level will be considered if you have good knowledge of current legislation.
