Our managing agent client require a Facilities Manager to be based at a large single site with multiple tenants in Worcestershire.

Our client is a multinational managing agent.

Description

The role of the Facilities Manager will be to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services at this large multiple occupant site.

This will involve managing relationships with multiple parties including the landlord, tenants and third party contractors.

You will ensure that the site is managed in a way that it is highly presentable at all times and naturally compliant in respect to health and safety regulations.

There will be regular interaction with the landlord and tenants and it will be essential to develop a positive and professional working relationship with these parties.

You will manage all third party contractors on site to ensure that they are delivering FM services in line with contractual terms.

Profile

To be considered for this position, applicants will ideally demonstrate the following:

• Previous FM experience, ideally within a managing agent environment
• Service charge experience or budget management experience
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ideally have worked in a site setting with multiple occupants
• Live in or around the Worcestershire region
