This an opportunity for a real leader who will be responsible for growing the Reactive Maintenance and PPM side of the business.</font></font></p> <p><strong><font face="Calibri" size="3"><strong><font face="Calibri" size="3">Role</font></strong></font></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct management of a team of maintenance engineers; hiring, disciplinaries and dismissals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Approval of all works minor and major, ensuring completion to a suitable standard and supervising when required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Presenting a helpful and informed face to the client; promptly dealing with complaints as well as managing expectations.</p> </li> <li> <p>As Operations Manager you will be delivering a range of facilities services including PPM and reactive maintenance along with a range of integrated FM services.</p> </li> <li> <p>The main objective is Client and Customer satisfaction through the delivery of exemplary facilities services and ensuring contractual obligations are met.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will ensure systems are in place to ensure budget controls are being adhered to</p> <p><strong>Person</strong></p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Experience managing and growing division of £3mill++</p> </li> <li> <p>This company offer fantastic career progression opportunities for a successful candidate</p> </li> <li> <p>Substantial experience as a Regional/Operations Manager in Facilities Management Services</p> </li> <li> <p>Relevant qualifications in mechanical and electrical or other Facilities management disciplines</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrable experience of Health &amp; Safety management (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable).</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have worked in reactive maintenance PPM</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in commercial &amp; public sector is preferred &nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
