My client has a proven track record in the acquisition, development and management of student accommodation assets across the UK. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator for a brand-new role, based at their central London office.

Working as part of the Facilities Management team, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the facilities service functions across a large portfolio of Student accommodation nationwide.

Responsibilities;

  • Purchasing Accounts
  • Insurance Claims
  • Health & Safety
  • Compliance
  • Risk Assessments
  • FM Services Performance Reports
  • Supplier Vetting
  • Waste Contracts management
  • Utilities management

The successful candidate will have previous experience within in an administration/coordination role, ideally within a Facilities Management environment. You will have a keen eye for detail with strong IT and communication skills. Previous reporting and a financially focused mind would be ideal.
