Description
The Senior Facilities Managers is to manage and oversee the Facilities Management operations of the EMEA portfolio currently comprising c.30 leases in more than 10 countries. The portfolio will comprise locations where budgets and direct Facilities Management is handled centrally and locations where business units' own budgets and are responsible for day to day management.
For those locations where budgets are held centrally the post holder will be responsible for producing and managing Facilities budgets and for managing facilities and office management personnel as well as dependent in-house teams including post/dispatch, reception, etc. The post holder will also be responsible for procuring and managing 3rd party suppliers for maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, and hospitality, as appropriate.
The role will include a responsibility to deliver statutory health and safety compliance and Group sustainability policies within their portfolio.
Profile
- Experience managing multiple and mixed use property portfolio.
- Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent vocational/professional qualification in FM, Building services engineering, or Surveying.
- Health and safety qualification - preferred General Certificate in NEBOSH.
- Membership of a professional body such as BIFM, CIBSE, RICS.
- Previous experience leading and managing FM teams including by remote means.
