Job Details

My client is a leading Student accommodation business with a significant portfolio.

As a result of a “major “project and significant number of projects they require a project-coordinator for a 1 year TFC with the possibility of extension.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate key activities across the Property Team and H&S Workstream
  • Manage relationships with external providers, tracking their activity and deliverables to time and quality
  • Responsible for the raising of purchase orders, invoicing, updating the finance tracker, monitoring progress against budget in respect of the project.
  • Manage the project's documentation library, obtaining and collating appropriate documents pertinent to the project and ensuring these are kept up to date
  • Gather of data for production of monthly and other reports for the Programme
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Managing actions generated by the Fire Risk Assessment and other audits pertinent to the project

The Person.

  • Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a similar, preferably residential management, role.
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Numerical skills necessary to complete the above activities
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems
  • Proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and StarRez) would be a real advantage. Training will however, be provided
