Boden Resource are recruiting a Senior Operations Manager for a large FM services provider within the Bristol area covering multi-sites across Central England and London. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing PFI contracts and have a high level of commercial awareness.

The Role:

• Reporting directly into the Account Director
• Responsible for the P&L, providing finance reports on a monthly basis
• Manage a team to deliver hard FM within a critical environment
• Continuous improvement and look at opportunities to grow the business
• Build and maintain client relationships and attend regular meetings

The Candidate:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff
• Account Management experience
• Must have experience in managing PFI Contracts
• Experience in working within the Public Sector
• Ability to plan and work on own initiative
• Critical environment experience is essential for this role
• Demonstrate a high level of customer services
• Willing to work during unsociable hours in the event of an emergency
