Job Details
Our client, a well known Facilities Management organisation are currently on the look out for a Commercial Manager based at their Leeds office to oversee a number of large and complex contracts including complicated PFI. Working alongside the Management Team you will drive the commercial agenda across the facilities management operations.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring the team deliver and meet commercial objectives
• Build close relationship with suppliers and customers
• Produce financial reports for the senior management team
• Develop profit making opportunities
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have strong knowledge of Facilities Management and PFI particularly within health care and education properties. You will be a strong communicator and willing to work within a team. The role will involve occasional
In return, our client is looking to offer a salary up to £55,000 per annum with a very good benefits package which includes a car allowance.
