Job Details

Immediate requirement for Director of Estates and Facilities to join an NHS Trust based just outside of London.

This role will lead on the Estates Strategy, ensuring it is effective and aligns with the overall Trusts strategy.  You will be accountable for ensuring the Trust meet their statutory and mandatory standards as well as providing leadership to the Estates and Facilities function.

The suitable candidate should:

  • Have relevant qualifications and memberships (e.g. Chartered Engineer Corporate member of IMECHe, CIBSE or IET)
  • Have previously managed a large complex Estates, within Healthcare
  • Have previously held a Estates and Facilities Director role or have similar transferable experience

This role is to start no later than the end of July, will initially be for 3 months and is offering a competitive daily rate (inside of IR35).
