The Role

I am seeking a building services/facilities Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of engineering maintenance to a large hospital in Central London. You will take charge of a large team of technical managers, supervisors and day and shift engineers, with full responsibility for ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual agreements, whilst also running the contract at a profit.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring the contract is fully staffed and that all staff is appropriately trained and capable of delivering a first-class service.
  • Acting as a point of contact for escalations or issues with the client - responding appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the contract is running at a profit, whether this is through cost-saving methods or extra-works.
  • Making sure all SLA's are met and reporting KPI's directly to your regional director.

    • The Person

    The right candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Contract/Account Manager in building services - preferably on a large static site.
  • Strong financial capabilities; being able to run the contract at a profit and identify new revenue streams.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferable but not essential.
  • A good work ethic and a desire to further their career within a top company.
  • A technical background with appropriate engineering qualifications (preferable but not necessary).
