A leading provider of maintenance and facilities services, my client has an excellent reputation for delivering best in industry services. An exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager to join the business is available to oversee a high-profile contract.

Your new role
As the Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact and be responsible for managing any changes within the account, while minimising costs and managing any associated risks. You will need to be able to deliver successful transitions, meeting the client's expectations. Other responsibilities include the overall contract management of the client's portfolio, delivering key account objectives, strategic account development, business risk, stakeholder and vendor relationship management, operational delivery, commercial and procurement control of budgets. Ultimately you will ensure the smooth running of all the Facilities Management scope of services

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior Account Management experience including all facets from client/stakeholder management, commercial acumen, P/L accountability, contract management and providing innovative solutions. Candidates from a technical background either mechanical or electrical are encouraged to apply.

What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus company package.
