Job Details
Our client a well known Facilities Management organisation are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the large site of a high profile client in Leicester. The Facilities Manager will oversee both hard and soft services across the large operation.
The main responsibilities will be:
•Managing the on site team (4 direct reports) and sub contractors
•Ensure that H&S is at the forefront of FM activity onsite
•Maintain Compliance onsite
•Managing Pre Planned Maintenance schedules
•Produce monthly report to Senior Management & Directors
•Help with preparation of quotes
•Attend/lead contract meetings
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Total Facilities Manager with experience of working with demanding clients. Due to the nature of the role you will be a customer focused FM with the ability to communicate at all levels. A NEBOSH or IOSH Qualification is also required
In return our client is looking to offer a salary of £45,000 alongside a fantastic benefits package
