Your new role

They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager based in London. The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of hard & soft services across the business. The key purpose of this role is to maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants and managing existing client/supplier relationships at a senior level on a day to day basis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have extensive experience in total facilities management, as well as an IOSH/NEBOSH and to be a member of BIFM. You will also need strong interpersonal and leadership skills. A can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team are key.

What you'll get in return

The role is paying between £60,000-£65,000 depending on experience. A competitive benefits package will also be included.
