A large public sector organisation is looking to appoint an Estates professional with a proven track record in Soft FM Contracting. 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring and enforcing current supplier performance/pricing in line with contract agreements; Coordinating the preparation and mobilisation of relevant services, and the transition from existing supply contracts where applicable;
  • Lead on all Soft FM supplier engagement, dealing with contract issues and performance management; may also be required to support Property & Asset Managers with hard FM service contracts;
  • Attend contract meetings, collating and checking KPI data, specifications and supplier performance with relevant stakeholders;
  • Maintain and improve effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers and work as part of a team;
  • Support and lead the management of tenders related to Soft FM services;
A successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience within Soft FM Services, ideally within the public sector environment;
  • Understanding of bid management, tender and awarding of contracts and processes related;
  • Performance management expertise, understanding of KPI’s related to these contracts.
