Location: Northampton
Career Level B ( Manager / Professional)
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Your role with us
Are you an expert MiCAD user with detailed knowledge of its format and operation?
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will be accountable for delivering the integration of our chosen CAFM solution, Micad, leading the implementation of all relevant modules and the design of outputs to support our Management Information Reporting needs.
You will be responsible for our relationship with our software provider, and ensure the performance of the system ensuring it meets departmental and business objectives.
About you:
If you:
- Are An expert MiCAD user
- Are experienced with the MiC4C auditing tool and the IPR system
- Are Highly proficient with all Microsoft packages and the export and manipulation of data from MiCAD
- Have a Good understanding of the functionality and use of the Android operating system.
- Have experience of Hard & Soft FM Delivery including asset management and planned maintenance
- Have knowledge of statutory compliance
Desirable:
- Have Android Operating system knowledge
- Autocad experience
- Healthcare experience
- IT network experience
